I just bought a P3-900 (9x100mhz) and I have a P3V4X. When I put the CPU on the board with an Asus adapter, Nothing shows up on the screen.

Does anyone have any idea....is the CPU dead or is it because my board does not support it??

please any help would be appreciated.
