I returned to the last stable ghost and remain determined to get my money's worth out of WinMe.

Tho Me doesnt get the attention it requires, as people regard it as an awkward version of 98 which is unfair from an Me users perspective as we dont get enough support. WinMe is going obsolete before Win98 which is fairly sick.

nVidia have serious QC issues with their mobo software IMHO. My first installation of these drivers 2.03 was marred by a serverside file corruption on nVidia's own server. I found a non corrupt version on a mirror. I notified them and heard nothing.

Their 2.41 nForce2 driver was a disaster for many users in all OS including (especially!) XP due to IDE drivers etc I discovered after attempting to install. Next time I will sniff around first.

Even the update offered by MicroSoft for my nVidia drivers is a no go. nForce software simply isnt up to scratch.
