Oddly, the only problem I had was the sound re-detection/failutre-to-intialize issue when re-using a previous WinMe installation (but if you re-use a Win9x installation, well...you get what you pay for). Otherwise, my Asus A7N8X setup was a breeze, both for WinMe and Win2k.
