first try a basic setup:
just the mobo with ONLY
-powersupply
-cpu with cooling
-one dimm
-vga with monitor
now power on!
go into BIOS to configure it!
no way?
try another stronger powersupply 3,3V and 5V can't be stable enough!
Anyway install the LAN at last and watch the IRQ's!!!
btw,you could start with removing the LAN card and
try booting...
