Could be an electrical short somewhere in the
installation of the motherboard. Did you put
enough spacers to make sure the motherboard is not
touching the case. Check BIOS and choose Load
Fail-Safe default first and if the computer is
up and running then go back to BIOS and do a
self-satisfying, happy face Fine tuning of your system. Good luck.
