Just called them and for the 2nd time they are letting me RMA my squre 1st one was a 1 gigger and they sent me a 1.2 gig to replace it and that went out n what I thought was T-Storms here but the tech staff corrected me and told me the square must have been running to hot (I then stated must be cause I got 70C on the funky retail HS/Fan)...I wonder why we went in this direction then saw this on their site:

This limited warranty does not cover damages due to external causes, including improper use, problems with electrical power, accident, neglect, alteration, repair, improper installation, or improper testing.
The Tech told me not to worry and he'll try and make sure I get a cooler running one

Hmmm wonder what speed this one will be
