I was just reading the book that comes with the kk266r, and apparently using 4 drives in raid 0+1 will be slower. That's not really what I was shooting for anyway(I want speed, I use a cd-r for backup), I was just curious if a 4 drive raid0 vs. a 2 drive raid0 config would be faster but it seems not to be that way, just a bigger drive. From what I have been reading from LED's links and from what people have posted here it doesn't seem like it is gonna be that much faster than one drive by itself anyway. So it seems I am getting all excited over nuttin |
