Hi MS, Well, I had found the uninstall program for the sound driver and uninstalled the sound driver and now I can't get it installed again. It keeps saying that the place that I indicate does not have the information for this device. I'm using the cd that came with the computer which I had someone make for me. I'm really beginning to think he gave me the wrong disk or something. The disk doesn't say on it Yamaha and it is supposed to be a Yamaha sound card. I'M SO CONFUSED!! I'm still trying to install it, I even tried letting it find a driver online but no dice. I guess I'll try looking into safe mode too while I'm at it, just to make sure. Thanks for your help!
