Some Brand Names and Model Numbers would help.So would the "chip" types. The type of amplifier modules that you intend on using and the chips that are stuffed.

Working from a circuit is far easier than trying to work it out by "looking" at it.There's a lot of sites on the net that relate to audio electronics, building and repair, design ,etc.
Circuits can be found as can chip and transistor references[Data sheets].

Amp Modules usually are designed to work with a small amount of external parts, so if you want to use what you have you will need to know what other bits of the origonal amp are needed.
Alternately, If the main amp is working and your Pre-amp section is not,you may be able to replace it or rebuild that section.[Amps are usually two basic sections ,Pre-amp;Power Amp.]
As with most "Devices" there will be a power supply section.Your "control" chip is probably part of the Pre-amp.

I presume you have a soldering iron.Do you have a multimeter?Pretty much an essential instrument to have if you going to do these sorts of things.

Have you thought of trying to fix the one with the blown Mosfets? It sounds like it would be relatively easy compared to trying to hack/rebuild an amp.
I know you say that getting computer parts and related items is not easy where you are;Is that the same for trying to get electronic things fixed ? Can you buy electronic parts [Chips-Transistors-resistors-capacitors-----]easily or at all, where you live?
How much do you know about basic electronics?

How's life in Rumania? Getting any better?
