My XP Pro machine is still crashing. Event Viewer is showing 'shadow copy service' as one of the problems. is there a way to turn it off? Windows Help is worthless on this. This was a full reload after full format of a 320 GB Seagate. Just realized the BIOS may not be up to date. any ideas?? my life with a blue screen
