Pissible fix for low fan speed on HD 3800 and 4800 series

Whell after looking at the 4850 stock cooler I was thinking if the fan would be connected to a 12V plug from the PSU , the fan would spin @ 100%, but that's going to make a lot of noise but if you plug the fan in a 12 to 6V adapter and then in the molex, it will spin @ 50%, so thats going to cool the card @ an acceptable level of noise and you don't need to modifi the pripiles from the catalyst and load them every time windows starts, is just an ideea, I didn't thest this method yet.
