Been there and done that a couple years back with Cakewalk and it was a mess...I'm sure things have improved but in my Scenerio there were a lack of drivers, I lost many a software that was not compatible, My System crashed more then I can remember...and when it worked I saw little difference....now mind you I'm still interested but I'm now just hanging in waiting and hoping MS7 will have answers for 64bit and MMedia.

If you are going for it I would recommned you using a seperate Hard Drive with the fresh install and not even running the 2 together so there will be no confusion whatsoever. I use this method and when my BETA/Experimantal drive dives I don't drown withit!@

You'll need compatible software, drivers for all devices,

I seriously thought by using 64bit it would give me twice the power and capabilities (WRONG!)
