64 bit is nice, running with 8 gig of ram, no swap file....

however, 64 bit support is pathethic across the board, XP Pro 64bit especially, although my preferred OS it is a dead horse, I use IDvault for secured bill paying and they have no plans to put out a driver for XP64bit, but have drivers for XP32bit and Vista 32/64bit.....no amount of pleading will get them to make a driver for WinXP64bit...

so, bottom line is you stick with a 32 bit OS and dual/triple boot for 64 bit stuffs, or bite the bullit and go Vista 64bit....

I am triple booting to WinXPPro32/64 bit and VistaUltimate 64bit....

Which one of the Os's do I use the least??? Unfortunately I have to say Win XP Pro 64bit, just too many deadends....

Still not a fan of Vista, but with proper tweaking and the eight gigs of ram, it does snap along... Just too many layers and the true administrator is hidden, making life rather difficult with balky, unapproved driver installs...

It is just a matter of time and we will all be assimilated, LOL

Laterzzzz.............
