Little Deep but...
Now with the nia working off of the thought process and emotions wouldn't BIORYTHYMS and Cycles (ie.women every month, men 20 minutes)come into play...or other eurphorics whether it be drugs, music, sex cause as you pointed out one must be relaxed and that too would vary between individuals?
