Broham, that one is the easy part since everything is completely pulldown menu driven.

The really difficult parts were:

Finding behavioral models that could be encoded so that the body can condition itself to call these patterns through your nia memory that kicks in within some 30 sec to 5 min.

The paradixical thing we call "Active Relaxation" where you have to calm yourself down completely in order to move ahead and execute the physiological reactions stored in your nia memory.

But trust me, it does work
