What are you trying to install? 98>98SE>XPSP2 in that order cause I dont have XP neat.
You re not trying to boot a dual core system to 98 ;are you? YES why - problem? I have got a fix for the 98 2.2G limit.
Has your boot disk got a CD driver on it?[ the oatlands sys file] YES.
It seems the CD isnt being picked up by the Boot.
