got this HP I am fixing. Seems the powersupply porked itself (ew). Well, I got a new one from a friend, but it dosnt seem to have the ATX-12V plug... is this necessary or is it only for certain peripheral things or what? Most motherboards I have worked with dont have it.. well, it seems the PC powers up, but no screen or beeps. Image attached with the 4 prong plug on the mobo.

As I said, the broken (assumed) PS had this plug, the new one does not.
