Try,CAREFULLY[because of static electricity potential]remove your bios chip and let it sit out of the board for an hour or two;or even a day or more sometimes:then put it back in.DON,T GET IT ROUND THE WRONG WAY-they,re marked with an indentation at one end,which is usually matched by the socket,with an indentation.
The chips get"errant charges" in them,and if you let them settle they "reset" to their proper state. [takes months sometimes-i,ve had boards that wouldn,t post,put them away;got them out three months or more later and ,off they go!!!
