Is there anything left of that pin on the CPU? Or is it completely ripped out?

Ludi is right, that pin is the one that is used for signalling that the data bus is busy and without it making solid contact, your system is not going to work. The good news is that this is a socket 370 processor and I have soldered worse than that - which means that there is a chance that somebody else might also be able to help you -- it will cost you more than what the CPU is worth, though and it will only be a temporary solution at best because the next time you try to remove it from the socket it will break again.
