Not trying to question your ablity to Mod hardware but having the Tools is not the solution but rather installing it properly is so are you sure you have the HS and compound flush to the Vid chip and the fan blowing on it properly?
How hot is the chip running?...can you touch it while in action with out it burning your Finger tips?
