The 'hot BIOS flash' method is a slightly tricky affair that requires booting another identical motherboard that is working correctly, pulling out that board's BIOS while the machine is running, installing the blank chip, flashing...and hoping everything worked correctly.

Of course, you have to have the motherboard, and you have to know for certain that the replacement chip is identical. Otherwise, you cannot do it without an EPROM Programmer, which is a special piece of hardware that is normally sold for business and industrial applications. If you have a local computer shop, they might be able to help you with that.

Otherwise, you need to replace the motherboard.
