1) Copy and paste infected exe.program/folder and put that aside on a jump drive/flash disk/CD
Now on the separate Disk/OS with the installed Program grab {copy/paste} the files that aren't infected {VERY/IMPORTANT/needed files} then replacing them in the Program and see if alls well...afterwards take the whole folder and place it where the infected exe program is...worse scenario is it won't work...Good Luck
