Okay, those are probably proprietary surface-mount device markings, they don't cross reference easily even in some of the usual-suspect chip# search engines.

You may be able to test the good device in the other channel and get enough parameters to replace it, but if it is a FET (likely), that will be very difficult. Have you tried contacting LaCie directly? A phone call or snail-mail request might get results.
