I hope you have access to a large lighted magnifling glass & small soldering tipped pen. That is a transistor more then likely what you need to do is read the (number = #) off of it & cross reference that # & find something that match's or buy the part. The only way I ever worked on a part that small was with a very fine wire. Getting the # off it sould be easy as if Q11 = Q15 then Q12 should equal Q16. Having multible identicle circuits makes your job easier tracing down stuff. You need a close transistor match as there are exact oppsides & different types of jobs & run (turn on) at different power levels.
I do believe you may have other problems thou, as that one part should not have stopped the other 3 drives from working I believe.
