I've used Biostar, ECS etc before and so far they've been ok. Guess it's just what features you really need with the board. Used a Biostar Micro ATX with Video and sound and it was ok, ran about $45 with shipping from Newegg. PC2700 was the standard for it. Doubt if any of the cheap ones are going to be good overclockers but then if I'm going to go that route I'd plan on paying more anyway.
