Far as I know that's not available either. We are definitely out in the "boondocks"! I might get 3.2 kb/s here but the average is 2.7 kb/s and I have seen the .5 also. What gets me is a small short DL can maintain 8+ kb/s and you can watch it drop to under 3 kbs if it goes more than a minute. Doesn't make any sense at all. |
