I thought it may be norton, but its just an antivirus. Ill give her the go on that.

I assume she needs to unable norton security permanently in the NAV settings? Usually when I do an install, Winxp sees there might be a conflict, and asks accordingly. Didnt this time - odd.

She has no other firewalls installed.
