I could not find a good copper based aluminum or a decent price all copper H/S for the north bridge, thermatake was $37 - $42, this price is what a CPU should cost. Also I wanted to avoid using adhesives or epoxy so I could get the best heat conductive advantage of the H/S also not risk messing it up somehow as this is my new baby. I did find a good review on an all copper H/S, but there website is taken over by gamers, so that one was out LoL. I will have to wait on replacing the north bridge till I find a good deal.
BTW I am using the fan from the big typhoon to cool both bridges & the RAM. I plan to leave the side open on the case as this is what I have been doing for along time now, my system never stays static. So for now I am only changing the south bridge cause I have a replacement & its time to finish.
