Bob,

i have been here and there and even posted to your postage too, and very recently, like yesterday, i put in a response to your heatsink delema, i even gave you a tip on how to attach if you have no way to secure to the holes in the MB.

get a bare 40x40 tall finned heatsink, then take the north off and attach it to the south via the superglue gel i mentioned and one finnage cut to clear the PCI-e card, put the new heatsink fan setup on the northy, again if you go without clippage, the superglue gel system works fine.

both the north and south fans should be the same size, 40mm units.........

besides the volt mod you did and this cooling mod to insure the chipsets stay nice and tamed, there really isn't much more you can do...so

get the board setup the way you want it, find out the parameters of your particular setup, find a stable level you can live with on the clockage side and then use it.

BTW, the insane FSB screenis i provide are the EXTREME outside parameters that i can run the system at...........FOR BENCHING.........

for everyday use it comes down to a reasonable rumble..............
