Because I've been up for 40+ hrs straight, my minds to tired to attempt to explain due to my weakness in typing so I'll to give a brief outline/explanation:


FSB is divided for the PCI/AGP...so if your RAM is running @ stock(200)then the PCI will be 33.33333

If the Mobo is unlocked then when you raise it so along goes the PCI/AGP and the rest of the Goods in PCI Slots plus other Hardware like the Hard Drive so that would limit the Overclockability...

1st Gen NF3 Mobo's were notorious for this...Dunno which Mobo you're using or referring to so I wouldn't know your situation...
BUT if it is unlocked than if you Raise the FSB (RAM) to say 246 then the HD, Vid Card etc would be running 41 which is to much and most likely won't work...That's where having it locked would help...Then there's the Dividers but that's another Chapter
