I have no idea... there were so many different versions out there... if you are lucky, they are using Winbond BH5 chips and those sho8uld run at 2:2:2...

The only other chips that are doing that are the Samsung TCCDs that are offered by a bunch of vendors.

If push comes to shove, you can add any garden variety low latency DDR400 and run at 2:3:2:6
