There's been a LOT of this lately, and it's hard to tell whose fault it actually is. The Punkbuster anticheat software, for example, will crash Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory on several recent graphics driver revisions, both Nvidia and ATi. Seems to occur during a Punkbuster memory-scan routine.
