Paralell ports can be used for many things besides printers;connect cables to other computers,Other devices ;software controlled relays.EEprom programmers .in fact electronic hackers use parralell ports for lots of things;As a means of doing lots of communication and operation!But i figured you know that BOB ;after reading about you playing round with LEDS and things.
