A laser printer would be the worst culprit, because the fuser draws a lot of current. My little old LaserJet 4L causes noticable flickering from any incandescent lights nearby on the same circuit.

I second the general direction of the other comments, and I would start with the main system's PSU. It is quite possible that it's just not regulating the output very well in general, especially when cold, and the crash/reset then temporarily solves the problem (until next time).

The next stage would be a separate circuit from the breaker box. If that doesn't do it, or if you are getting global voltage sag due to a 220V air conditioning compressor, the UPS+line conditioner would be next (but a suitable unit could be expensive if you're running a computer system AND several peripherals...)
