I got a client that is going to use external USB hard drives for backup on a server. My question is can I hook multiple drives up through a USB HUB?

Another USB question is if I have a UPS with USB port can I hook up multiple servers to it through a hub? I know I probably can't since you'd normally never plug multiple pcs into the same USB hub.
