Nope, you need to boot to DOS and use a true DOS command line, it will not run under NT.

Sheesh, that's a huge waste of RAM for DOS. A DOS app is liable to get lost rattlin around in that much empty space.

Depends on what the CD is used for, but usually I let the CD drives be auto assigned to the next available drive letter and set the RAM drive as R: with a selectable option during boot to assign any letter or size you want.
