Wasn't the old Macks CPU's Motorola ?. The 68000 series ?. I actully wished they could have kept up as it was good for programming. I only did very basic assembly on the series before 68000 on my color computer 6809 CPU then later the Motorola micro controller. The problem with the Micro's was they became to pricey & companies like PIC came on the scene & cleaned up with cheaper prices.
