The only one I can even come close is the 350 watt PSU would be very risky, more so if turned off & on often. My 300 watt antec PSU (not cheap stuff) with an AMD 2400+, with one HD & not much else in it ate 2 MoBo's on me. I think the PSU was the problem after the second MoBo burnout so I now have a 420 watt PSU & no problems power related. The other can help you out with the other stuff.
