Kasey, my almost 18 year old grandson plays HL2
and World of Warcraft. I bought him a A64 and
Socket 754 MB for his Xmas, Graduation, B'day
plus a 9600 Pro video card.

Think I'm going to buy another video card,
bigger than this FX5700 which will be fine for
Sonny's machine. I emailed MSI, because this is
a retail card, 3 year warranty, explained the
problem and they are sending me a new
fan...free. However for SIMS2 I think bigger and
meaner video and fan is in order so now I'm
shopping for that.

Don't want to spend $200 up for one but am
considering a 256 meg 6600. This one catches my
eye

Still thinking though. I like the ATI cards
maybe better but I have all the Nvidia drivers.
So probably will stay with Nvidia. Wonder who
might have some locally...off to see.
