At most, probably a 2.00GHz *Willamette* (Skt 423) CPU. But that won't add hugely to performance, and the notebook's cooling solution may not be designed to handle the heat.

You can contact Acer and try to find out, but given the current prices on notebooks, you would probably be better off saving up for a new one.
