Yea me and my secret neighbor has a 50 Gal Drum and cook up 2 20 Kilo Bags of prem rice {KoKuho or Tamaki}...I supply the rice and he does the sugar and then do it up in his basement...after fermenting (usually about 2 months) he puts them in Gal plastic containers which is the downside but do to economics and us recovering costs from friends it's our only choice...he also makes other wines so we do it up only about once a year... |
