All keys, except for the small special function keys across the top, are illuminated and it has a switch to turn off the backlighting.

It also has a height adjustment, although it only offers 2 positions, flat or jacked up in the rear with the flip down legs.

All keys are labeled correctly and the feel and key action is fine, but the layout for the main key section is the same as the Sansun and takes a little time to adjust. I think they probably used this layout to cut down on the LED's required for key illumination.

The keyboard is easy to read in the dark, but the num, scroll and cap lock LEDs are almost bright enough to read by.

Bottom line, if you like to use your comp in the dark the illuminated keys are nice, but if your aunt uses her system in a well lighted room she'll not notice any advantage.
