From what I remember reading about their quality of service they should be broke.

Yeah, ya hear digital that and digital quality this with sat and cable video services and it's all BS to try and win over some more customers that don't know better. The only reason they went to digital was the ability to compress and cram more channels in limited allocated bandwidth and per sat transponder = much cheaper for them.
