That makes more sense than anything else, and just about what I thought. Some kind of electrical/voltage problem with the MB. My problem with sending the board back is I have this weird feeling I'll be back in the same boat. I'll just have to beef up the reset button. LOL I'd get another non NForce board but XP is so crummy about changing chipsets and this is my main machine. Maybe after tax season and I have all those little files finished and backed up.....I'll just switch it.

Once I get it booted it does run stable. It's just getting there that's sometimes a trip.
