Thats right that is one differnce I did not think of. The xp Pro I checked out has a second HD but not a second boot drive. Most of the time the two HD's never see each other, today was the second time xp seen the win 98.
I have not tried a RAM defragging program.
If that works that might be an better idea then the xtra 512 MB of ram I put in today but stops win 98 from working (no email). With the ram I had to rob peter or this case Dave.
Well I did finish the photo today at least 6x faster or faster the ram allowed me to take a big short cut.
Thanks I will give that a shot, I only have to find the program I tried before to fix pogo to which there was a patch LoL.
