There were 2 main rival bidders. Both look like domain squatters like the jerks that got cpucentral.com

Once purchased the renewal fee will be only $8 a year.

cpu-central.com is still number one in my google search.

While, so far, its a bit more expensive than I had hoped, I really want to get the old domain back.

The auction will be over 12 noon tomorrow PST (GMT-8). Currently the high bid is still $826.
