The PSU is an antec 300 watt 2HD's the most, one lite-on 32x burner, an ATI 8500 64MB, had 512 MB
DDR-266.
Right after last post I changed the new CPU cores voltage & the computer would not boot. After many tests the DDR 266 ram was not working in either of the two jetway MoBo's V266B, later this ram worked in another type of jetway MoBo (more on that later).
Got PC133 ram to work set CMOS to high performance & the MoBo stopped working & never recovered. Then I went out monday & got a different model jetway MoBo with an Nvida chipset with out video & 3 sticks DDR 333MHz = 768 MB RAM. I tried booting into win98 HD & that OS broke down, then tore all devices out of system still cant fix. Then I tried the winXP HD & XP will not boot into anything safe or whatever it just resets. I have been working on recovering win98 & my email & all of netscape boomarks (no exporting in that old version) also in IE I have a ton of favorite links. My XP has my new games.
I got the new MoBo & the new CPU was not supported so I move new CPU to the other V266B & the CPU burned out totally there.
BTW
I hate it that I got talked out of a new jetway V266B so that I would only have had hardware to mess with. The story is much bigger then explained & still growing.
