MoBo could be reading it wrong (Check for 1 BIOS Update)or the PSU could be fluxing...what type PSU are you using? and put the CPU v's at default then you can determine which read is wrong...Hell I'm building a last minute Rig now with the ECS Mobo and it's booting up reading @ 1.5v with an 1800XP

Friggin Customers all peed cause I didn't get the parts on time due to the wheather...I told him next time order a Puter for Xmas before the 19th

My Flagships are still Socket A but been putting together alot faster ones...
