I wouldn't worry about those; I would worry about fans, disk drives, and other device with rotating bearings that might start to lock up in very cold temperatures. Wild guess is that probably somewhere around 20F (-6C) you could start running into problems.

A greater concern is the plastics (e.g. the heatsink retention tabs on the CPU socket, etc). Subject them to shock while the unit is very cold and they might snap off more easily, which is a good argument for being VERY gentle with any equipment that requires transportation in cold weather.
