Well, I know AntiVir and it HAS an AutoUpdate function. At least the versions I use ...

It also has a nice linux mailgate version with own smtp engine. very easy to setup, configure and maintain. Using it for a couple of SPAM gateways at customers.

If you don't mind paying some $ I think Kaspersky is the way to go.
